1) Assistant Director/Associate Director of Business Operations - University of Texas at San Antonio

This is an Administrative & Professional (A&P), benefits eligible, position.
Salaried position, requiring a Bachelorís Degree, required from an accredited institution, preferred Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

MS Office Experience Required:
Word, Excel, Outlook

Other Computer and Software Skills Required:
Use of personal computer and other standard office equipment.

Experience and Other Skills Required:
Assistant Director - Five years of increasingly responsible professional experience in financial and business management in a complex office environment to include two years of experience working in an environment with multiple funding sources.

Associate Director - Eight years of increasingly responsible professional experience in financial and business management in a complex office environment to include two years of experience working in an environment with multiple funding sources.

Four years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

Two years of experience with contract management, human resources and administrative operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Independent decision making and problem solving ability. Tact, diplomacy and discretion required at all times.

Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a complex organizational environment, both as a team member and team leader.

Strong customer service skills.

Other Skills Required:
Thorough knowledge of University administrative structure, policies and procedures.

Experience with PeopleSoft and Hyperion.

2) Assistant Director, Talent Acquisition - University of Texas at San Antonio

This is an Administrative & Professional (A&P), benefits eligible, position.

Travel will be required.

Salaried position.

Bachelorís Degree require. Masterís Degree preferred.

Bachelorís degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development or directly related field from an accredited institution.

Computer and Software Skills required:
Experience with Microsoft Office.

Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.

Experience and Other Skills Required:
Eight (8) years of experience in full cycle recruitment, to include a minimum of three years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated knowledge to all federal, state and local regulations governing the employment process.

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing an overall recruitment strategy for an organization.

Proven people leadership and capability in building and leading high-performing teams.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to drive strategy, work with data and analytics, and demonstrated capability in effective and creative recruiting and sourcing strategies.

Must have the ability to provide outstanding coaching services and to effectively manage change.

Other Skills Preferred:
SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification.

Experience in higher education setting.

Experience with faculty recruitment.

Experience identifying and developing recruiting and hiring strategies for under-represented groups.

Familiarity and experience with EEO and diversity recruiting initiatives.

Demonstrated experience with HR agile values and agile principles.

Proven work experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Manager role.
